node-mbus: Node Bindings to libmbus β€” A curious use case here. libmbus is used to communicate over the β€˜meter bus’ protocol used by various utility (gas, electricity, etc.) meters. I have no idea how it works, but a homemade Node-powered smart meter would be pretty cool.
